Meet Dr. Michele Pescasio, MD
Michele Pescasio, MD, CAQSM is a board-certified family and sports medicine physician.
Her medical experience includes an impressive variety of positions including formerly serving as the team physician for the Tampa Bay Storm, University of South Florida Athletics (including the basketball and football teams), countless area high schools and a physician consultant for the NFL Europa.
Dr. Michele Pescasio earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in New York and completed her residency and fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of Alabama Medical Center. She also completed a sports medicine fellowship at the world-renowned American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, AL.
Meet Dr. Dave Kotun, PA-C, EdD
Dave Kotun is a retired U.S.A.F. Physician Assistant and has been nationally certified since 1985. He graduated from the Air Force program with a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Oklahoma in 1985, a Master’s Degree from University of Nebraska, focusing on Internal Medicine in 1998, and a Doctorate in Higher Education from University of South Florida in 2011.
He spent a total of eight years teaching at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, predominantly in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He spent six years as a faculty member of Nova Southeastern University in Orlando. PA Kotun spent most of his time in Primary Care and Urgent Care in his clinical practice.
